We cruised on this ship with the family. We actually went in June of 2017 but it wouldn't let me choose that far back. Booked 4 cabins, 2 balcony and 2 interior cabins. The cabins were what we expected, nothing special but plenty of room and nice and clean. We thought this ship would be better than our usual favorites from Carnival because it was so much bigger. The kids did enjoy the rock wall. (It was the only line they were willing to stand in long enough to actually do) The first night a few of us went to the dive show and it was AWESOME!!! But when we returned the next evening to go with the others who missed it we discovered that you were supposed to make reservations......WHAT?! One of the main reasons I love to cruise is that we don't have to plan, we just go and do what we feel like at the moment. We tried the next day to make reservations for that evening and they were full!!! So we didn't see a show the whole week. If I have to decide more than 20 hrs in advance then I am not doing it. That is too much work on my vacation. The neighborhoods also sound great on all the videos but not so great in real life. It would probably be fine if it was a couple's trip but you could wander around all day and not bump into any family. I barely could find them when I needed to. Difficult to get from one place to another having to go through all the "neighborhoods". We did have a fun time just not as relaxing as we expected. We will be sticking with Carnival in the future. They are just a better choice for us , being a large family of all ages.
