The ship was beautiful and in good shape for a 10+ year old vessel. The public rooms were lovely, and the cabin, though small, was nicely appointed. The balcony was huge! The bar staff was quick and friendly, but service in the dining room was very slow. They seem to be responsible for too many tables and didn't have the time to form any real connections. The food was good, but nothing to write home about in the main dining room. The buffet food was as expected for a buffet and definitely worked for the purpose. The pools decks were nice and we never had issues finding a deck chair, even on the sea days. Embarkation and Debarkation was quick and easy. The shows were surprisingly good for a cruise ship. Manda, the performer in the piano bar, was fantastic. Overall, a great experience! We would definitely travel on the Brilliance again.

Beautiful, clean room. Not huge, but it was comfortable and well appointed.

Port Reviews

Tampa

Great city! The port is nice, there is plenty of parking, and the embarkation/debarkation process was the easiest we have experienced.
