I loved this ship two years ago two celebrate my wedding anniversary. We wanted to return with friends. Tut he ship is a beautiful ship, very expensive and they have not taken care of it. The rugs are dirty and spots in front of the stairs case and in the rooms they do not put water or soda to purchase or an ice bucket to have ice. They do have a small refrigerator, that is empty. The drinks are very expensive and not enough alcohol, some are watery. The service is very good in the cabin and dining room. The same food every day in the dining room and buffet. The buffet you needed to arrive very early to find a table, there is no help from the servers to get a table. The buffet food is always the same, also the dining room food always the same soup, appetizers and dessert. The ship has not been maintain, it is a shame such a beautiful ship. They only offer water or lemonade one time when returning from the islands. Some of the ships have a tent when you are arriving from the islands with cold water, lemonade, tea and a hot towel to clean your hands. It is a shame that I was so disappointed with my cruise this year. Too many wheel chairs every where taking room in the halls and elevators. The Allure needs to go to dry land and have a major renovation, especially the rugs and furniture. Also, new shows and more activities. I also think it is a great idea to have a section for adults only and family and children in another section just like the wheel chairs. Very disappointed!!!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 6D

The Cabin was good, it was in the center of the ship close to the elevators. It did not have a welcome basket in the restrooms like some of the ships, like Carnival Cruise Lines. Also, it did not have a ice bucket to get ice to have in the cabin or water or soda to purchase. If you wanted water in your cabin you had to purchase the water in the stores and bring to your cabin. The rug in the cabin looked dirty and had spots. The rug in the ship looked dirty and with spots in front of the stairs and in the halls. This cruise had to many disabled seniors with wheelchairs taking too much room in the elevator and hall ways. Not enough entertainment, I hardly saw the cruise director, only a few times when I turn the TV on. The Cabin service and dinning room service was very good. The drinks and tours are too expensive, especially the drinks, and some times they were watery, not enough liquor. The only place they have fun dancing was Bolero, it has nice Latin music it gets really crowded because is a small place. The food in the dinning room was always the same appetizers, soup and desserts. The buffet, you need to arrive very early to get a chair, the ship employees should seat you or help you get a table en you entered the buffet dining room. The food in the buffet dining room was just okay, the same breakfast everyday. Over all, the service was good, the cruise employees are very nice and they try there best for the guest to have a good time. Allure of the Seas, they have not really taken care of the inside especially the seats, the cushions are dirty and some of the seats are broken. It needs a major renovation. It is a shame, the ship is beautiful. They went in side my cabin in the middle of the ship to put a tape on the connecting doors and they move my luggage and things, without letting us know. I was very upset, they told us it was regulations. If it was regulations why they did not run the take outside the door before the cruise started not in the middle of the cruise. Why did they took the liberty to come to my cabin without letting us know.
