The staff was rude. The waiters were the only ones who actually showed concern and politeness on the entire cruise. We were forced to wait on the stairs for hours after our flights because they didn’t finish cleaning the ship. We couldnt even wash our faces after a 18 hr flight. We were late getting into Naples and had to sit in the theater for over 2 plus hours waiting to get off the ship. We never had anything restocked in our bathroom unless we asked. The entire ship had to take a cold shower the second to last day of the cruise becaue of the fact that no one had hot water. Our toilet stopped working for two days at one point. It was a cruise that didn’t care about the happiness or comfort of the people and it’s a shame that Royal Caribbean would consider this ship and this treatment of its clients acceptable. You have lost a valuable client because of this and me and my family will never travel with this company again.
