This was my first and last cruise. Hurricane Michael made it eventful. Wind and waves came and past our 4th floor window. No communication on the happening with the weather. Stewart never introduced himself, left several notes, never turned down our beds, had to ask for clean blue towels. Beds were fixed daily. One of the main problems we had is our bathroom from day one smelt of urine. They tried to take care of the issue, but no luck. Was disappointed in the wait staff. They seemed to be unorganized, and gave us the wrong food. Food really wasn't hot, butter didn't melt in the baked potatoes. Nothing special, wanted rare Prime got med well, same with Braised Beef Tips. Desserts were great. I thought there would be dinner or night shows not just wait staff dancing. Trivia was going on daily along with Piano Bar sing along. There was a scavenger hunt the last day and just thought it should of been the first day to help you find things on the ship. Greasy burgers and soggy grilled sandwiches and pizza with no sauce, and only fresh fruits were melons...I could go on but what good would it do...
Urine smell was so distasteful. Stewart was realy never present every time we need something some one different came. Were larger than I thought they would be.
I didnt but 6 of our group did and enjoyed it...View All 485 Snorkeling Reviews
