We chose this cruise because of the extended time in Malta. The embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly as did the process for boarding tenders in ports that required them.

The crew was fabulous- the ship not so much- disappointing really- badly in need of updating- carpet worn in public areas, many lights out on the observation deck, bathtubs should be removed as ours was so scratched it appeared to be filthy although it was not dirt. Our cabin stewards worked non-stop doing their best, but you can only do so much with what you have.

The staff in the dining area also were attentive and courteous- unfortunately the food looked amazing but was tasteless for the most part- very disappointing when you consider how much food matters when on a cruise.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Cabin VH

Would not recommend this location as when we were sitting on our balcony we discovered that there was a mechanical part of the ship directly above where we could see the crew members - felt like someone was constantly watching us which made us too uncomfortable to enjoy the view that we had paid quite a bit for.
