Our Luggage was delayed 5 days by Icelandair after it was lost going from Reycavcik to Copenhagen. I will review Icelandair after the battle ends as to what they are responsible for. Imelda Valdez was the Supervisor that went out of her way to help us have clean clothes to wear and to make us as comfortable as we could possible be without jackets, fresh underwear, and literally the clothes on our back. For those that gave poor reviews about the food, I will review accurately and honestly. The food in the main DR was very good, We did not have to wait to be seated for any meal. The service (except for one waitress) was very good to excellent. I was disappointed in the food in the specialty restaurants, and in fact had the worst Prime Rib I have ever eaten anywhere at Cagneys. I did not complain, but literally ate one bite of it. When leaving, the maitre-d must have noticed my upset look and asked me what was the matter. I explained, and he apologized profusely. Our waiter, who came to our table to take the order, and then again to take the food away. One would think after seeing a prime rib virtually uneaten he would inquire as to why not. Wine was sent to our cabin to make amends. I ended up with unused cabin credit because they applied our credit from the travel agent to the gratuities, but not the ship credit. We spent generously, but not enough, P.S. You don't use it, you lose it. Other than the captain skipping Stockholm because of alleged hurricane winds that according to internet reports did not materialize. Lastly, our room steward was poor. I honestly believe that he was not trained properly to get to his assignments. Once he came at 9:00PM, and we had to leave the room. He was cordial and did try. Bottom line, Imelda made what could have been a potential disaster into as pleasant experience as it could be. P.S. St. Petersburg and Alla Tours made the trip worthwhile
