Of the other cruises we have been on Princess is the best . The attention to a lactose free diet were greatly honored. The food was excellent. But the bar orders placed at the dinning room were almost a joke. They didn't know about or how to make other drinks offered at the ships bars on deck 15. And when we did order from a limited whine choice it took forever to get those drinks. Getting on and off the ship took a lot of time due to certain circumstances such as a lot of busses arriving at all the same time and computer glitches.

Our original travel agent company and agent caused mix up in our originally contracted cruise package and it took a couple of days to get it straightened out and the changes that were supposed to be done by the woman who called our room were not completely done and I had to go to the customer service desk and get these other changes made or done.

We like the balcony room the most and it was serviced very well.

Yes there is more missing. We had a good time, we hope to cruise with Princess again in a couple of years, and I think I have had to make too many serveys and reviews about our cruise.
