I will absolutely never sail with Norwegian again. This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. Started off with the staff. Very short with us, didn’t seem to care about anything but getting paid and getting the day over with. The steward was okay at best. Saw him maybe twice the entire cruise. Came back to my room not bing made up a few times. The toilets went out in my room. Called to get it fixed, said they would call the plumber. After a 4 hour back and fourth with guest services, we finally got the plumber. Keep in mind they cut off the water so we couldn’t even shower and go to dinner while we waited. Then on the treadmill during my morning jog on the first sea day, the treadmill completely turned itself off after 42 minutes almost causing me to face plant into the floor. The dining in the main dining rooms was awful. Waited 45 minuted at a table with nothing but water. No one even took our order. The waiter disappeared with my room card so I had to get that reprinted. Dress code was extremely lax. Nothing better than attempting to enjoy a formal dinner with a woman in her bikini and cut off shorts walking around. But luckily the speciallty dining was better. Food was okay but the staff was great. Especially at teppanyaki. Our server was so funny and friendly. Luckily, even though the boat was terrible, we had a great time in all the ports excluding Harvest Caye. Costa Maya was beautiful! Went to Krazy Lobster, had some lunch, got massages on the beach. Roatan was amazing. Paid for a local to take us around the island. We got to hold sloths and play with little monkeys, and even hold parrots. Very fun! Cozumels port has been redone since I last visited. It is gorgeous. We spent some time shopping then at senor frogs. Next time I will be sure to visit these amazing ports on an amazing boat. Carnival to be exact.
