Pretty bad experience on this cruise.... Firstly the ship is pretty small, and a little dated. Ok where do i start, we were not treated well at all by our stateroom person, he was not ever polite, never greeted us period, and only said good morning to us last morning as we were leaving after i had conversation with him prior day about his lack of manners. The internet which is called "voom" is no such thing, we paid $15.99 a day for 4 days for what was sporadic internet with no ability to post any pictures or messages that took hours to upload, and my whatsapp which is only way to keep in touch with family would take an hour at a time to post message, when i complained their only solution was i should upgrade to $19.99 a day for better internet, huh? Its $4.00 a day on carnival and you cant provide quality for $15.99? I hate being nicke and dimed! So second morning we went for breakfast in dining room, we had shared table with 3 other couples, waiter recommended omelette with everything so we all agreed although some ordered preparedness different as well as varied sides, the waiter came back with 5 plates, not mine, and placed every plate with wrong person, then asked me what i ordered... Smh... Brought mine 5 minutes later, and after two bites i noticed long hair underneath my omelette and got nauseous immediately! I complained and got up right away to leave, manager was also upset and asked us to return that night for complimentary champagne, which we did but didnt return to eat there again, ate on deck 9 rest of cruise. Ok biggest disappointment was we booked cruise for rccl's private island cococay, that was the draw, we hurried off second day to get to island, we took the shuttle, and proceeded to beach, looking forward to long day of beach and bbq on beach, music, fun, etc, but after only 30 minutes we were forced out of water and told to leave island forced to leave like prisoners, that captain deemed water to rocky, i believe there were only 3 shuttles that made it on actually before having to leave, this same thing happened to us in january 2017 on majesty of the seas but we were not even allowed off on that trip, so we were pretty bummed, the captain thought it was good idea to head to nassau immediately, which was supposed to be 3rd day itinerary, we arrived at night in nassau, we did not get off as it was nighttime in nassau and its already pretty seedy during daytime, being hassled to braid hair or buy drugs. The entire trip was rocky, my wife got seasick on two of 4 days, i called rccl the day after i arrived back and complained, they said they would do investigation and get back to me in 3-5 days, its 8 days later and havent heard a word from them, prior to this cruise i had that royal would be my from now on preferred cruise line, we've done 12 cruises in last 3 years, on troyal, carnival, and norwegian, had great cruise oct 2017 on royal, but this one was horrible, not traveling on enchantment of the seas again, and think i'll give another spin on carnival next cruise!

It was ok, Stateroom attendant was non existent and very rude and unaccomodating though.
