This was a very old ship with some problems in my cabin with ac, asked help on service desk but they were not very helpful, poor customer service also on bars they were not very friendly. Another bad thing about this cruise was they canceled the same day the Bahamas day and we keep on the sea but we never were on the beach even when we were on the Caribbean Sea. For me was important stay in the beach in bahamas port of call but they canceled improperly and without previous notice even they offered a onboard credit but customers were wishing fun on a nice beach not money back.I have been in different cruise ships before and for me Norwegian Sky was the worst so far. Was not terrible neither drinks were included the only good reason to get this ship, not terrible, not good neither, just acceptable
