We have cruised many times on the Triumph, Yes she is old and needs some updates, but we do not cruise for the décor. Simon was an incredible cruise director, so polite, fun and entertaining. We love to play the music trivias and this cruise ROCKED with these trivias, (Motown, 80s and 90s). Everyone was singing and laughing, felt like a great big family. Never met anyone who worked on the boat that was rude, they were always smiling and saying hello. Our room steward was awesome (Mark). The bands that play in the casino are great! Even Cheryl-Ann who cleaned up the tables in the casino area was wonderful. Comedy was ok this time, we have definitely had better on past cruises. When you are on a cruise you can either look around and find things to complain about, or relax and enjoy the things that matter ( no cooking, cleaning, or making my drinks). Would I cruise Carnival again, absolutely, we already booked for April on the Dream.
