Norwegian Epic Cruise Review by kscotese1
- Sail Date: September 2018
- Destination: Western Mediterranean
- Cabin Type: Family Balcony
The food choices were more than plentiful as the ship offers a cafe that's open -- I believe -- 24 hours. Additionally, they have several specialty restaurants as alternatives to 'eat and run.'
Entertainment was varied enough to accommodate a variety of palettes. From art auctions to on-board shopping to game shows, bingo, a casino, and theatre productions, as well as the expected shore excursions, no one has a reason to complain.
Would I recommend a cruise vacation to everyone? Yes. Would I recommend cruising with Norwegian? Absolutely. They did an outstanding job!
Norwegian Cruise Lines, thank you all for making this a memorable experience for my daughters and me!!!

Our attendant was spectacular. It seems he never slept. I always saw him working! Whatever was our wish was his command. He was fabulous!

Nice Walking TourThis was a great experience but far too short! We visited Nice and Village of Eze. Truly, these excursions give you a glimpse of what you want to come back and explore later when you have more time.View All 17 Nice Walking Tour Reviews
Florence (Livorno)Instead of booking an excursion with the cruise line, my daughters and I 'booked' it off the ship to find our own transport to Florence. To our delight we met up with others looking to share a cab into Florence. Couldn't have struck gold faster! It was fabulous meeting others on our ship and they offered best shopping information!View All 11,608 Florence (Livorno) Cruise Port Reviews

Palma de MallorcaMy daughters and I simply walked off the ship to explore on our own. It was great ... and we were thankful this was the last port of call. After seven days, we were exhausted!View All 767 Palma de Mallorca Cruise Port Reviews

Rome on Your OwnThis was a bit disappointing as the bus the cruise line used to facilitate getting us around to the various locations broke down and another didn't appear for 45 minutes. Given that you have just a set amount of time to get around and see the sites ... we had to rush.View All 146 Rome on Your Own Reviews
