We always cruise with Princess, and this was a cruise that we had planned for a long time. Ship was great, but really like smaller Princess ships better. It seemed that there was not enough crew members. They had problems in 2 ports, causing us to miss excursions in Scotland and Oslo. By the way their accounting system stinks. Too complicated and there were always people at the desk trying to figure it out. Princess should stick to smaller ships. Let the others build them bigger and have more complaints. Some crew members were very helpful and some seemed to be annoyed when you asked a question. Specialty restaurants are a waste of time and extra money. Simply not worth it. We did meet some nice people and spent time with them. Shows were great, with some novel entertainers. Very good comedians, and the Princess Players are always worthwhile seeing.
