We had 3 of the 5 ports cancelled because of weather. We understand weather can be an issue but they should tell you upfront if that is a possibility. If this time of year is not good they should let you know what could happen OR just not offer cruises at this time. As a consumer you assume if it is offered it is OK. As we were waiting in the Toronto airport for our flight we met a couple just coming home from the same cruise and same ship. They had Berlin and Stockholm cancelled also. On top of those two we also lost Helsiniki. What is upsetting us the most is that we have not heard from Norwegian since this happened. We feel they could have contacted us and perhaps offered a compensation of some sort. We did receive a $44 credit each but are not sure what it was for. They are VERY quick to charge high prices AND to charge for EVERYTHING. BUT are not quick to offer anything when something like this happens. If we don’t hear from them we will probably not cruise with Norwegian again. There are a lot of cruise lines out there AND we are on social media.

Overall we are pleased with the ship itself. Just a couple things. We found the atrium small for the amount of people on this ship. There were never any open chairs as some people sit there forever and even have naps. Lots of the games etc. Are there and there’s no where to sit. Plus it is by a bar and open to another bar upstairs so very difficult to hear. They played movies there and it was was impossible to hear. The food was good . The three dining rooms that are included all serve the same menu and it changes just slightly each night. Other than these three you have the buffet at the garden cafe which is soooo crowded. People pushing etc. If you want something different you have to have the specialty dining package. The drink package does not include pop or specialty coffees. That is disappointing as the package is expensive. As far as the look of the ship we thought it was quite nice. The staff was amazing, always happy and helpful.
