This is our 3rd cruise with Princess and won't travel with any other company. Not sure why a past review stated food was terrible. They must be awfully "picky." They had everything from the basic meat and potatoes to various salads, vegetables, desserts, etc. and one evening they had a huge seafood display with large fresh shrimp, mussels, oysters on the half shell etc. In the evening there were 2 nights of lobster dishes. Wonderful food so I'm not sure why the other customer was disappointed.

Yes, we missed New Brunswick BUT we were glad our Captain was looking out for our safety. The ships that endured the bad weather had 50-60 mile an hour winds and high waves. No thank you!

We had an issue with a ineffective thermostat and they quickly replaced it and the customer service manager sent us a plate of chocolates for the inconvenience, and the next day we received a bottle of wine because the repairs happened late at night.

Very clean every day. When called for service our cabin attendant was there within 5 minutes. We were upgraded to Club Class being we were prior customers, so this was a nice added feature.
