We booked our Cruise through Costco. We SPECIFICALLY chose this itinerary as it had 1 full day in Havana Cuba and was supposed to have the 2nd day in Havana Cuba until 2 PM. We double and triple checked time in Cuba.

After a while, I noticed on the website that it was then only showing 1 day in Havana. I was given no explanation for this change other than "they had the right to change the itinerary." I felt this was bait and switch since it was not weather related. Due to this, I would not recommend Norwegian, I do have to say, the staff was excellent and attentive.

The bed was hard. Toilet overflowed as it would not stop running. We were sopping up water and when they finally got there, they said, "This happens all the time." Read more
