This cruise should not have been scheduled in the first place. This was the only cruise ship that sailed in this time of the year unlike other cruise ship who were wised enough not to schedule due to unpredictable weather condition thus resulting to missing 3 ports. THREE!!!!!!!!!!!! NCL should know better! And NCL should have Plan B in place if incidents like these happens. Instead it was business as usual with no effort how to keep your passengers happy, entertained despite being on the ship more often than on shore. The entertainers where cheap and boring! I donot see the different between Taste and Savor specialty restaurants! They always have the same menu so what is the specialty with that!? To top it all, getting off the ship on arrival in Russia what a complete total chaos!!! As if this was their first time to dock in Russia! We were supposed to be out of Immigration area by 830am but instead we got out 1130am!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! This is my 2nd time with NCL and I have never been so tired of being bored! Why NCL Why?!!!!!!! So disappointed and will never sail NCL again! Would not even recommend NCL in a heartbeat! All the people I spoked to on the ship were totally disappointed! The only good thing about this experience were your Room Steward and Waiters and Waitresses. They were friendly and totally above and beyond customer service!
