I have written to tui 4 times to complain about the holiday but have not had any satisfaction.
The dreamliner plane and staff were not good. One person landed without a seatbelt, and the seat in front of us was not in an upright position as it was broken.
We were herded from plane to ship.

Cabin Deluxe balcony
Nice and comfortable . But could have provided small things like shampoo or conditioner. As all there was available was body wash.
