I chose this cruise because of the destination. I had been on the Dawn four times previously. The service in O'Sheehan's was hit or miss. Some days service was good. Other days service was slow . All of items ordered for my meal were not brought on several occasions. Once my drink was not brought until my meal was finished and it was too watered down to drink. I was disappointed in service in O'Sheehan's.

I purchased the Ultimate Beverage package and noticed I was being charged for drinks. I visited customer service twice to get this corrected. Next day drinks were still being charged to my account. Poor management. I do not plan to book a cruise on the Dawn again. I go to the gym daily to rude a stationary bicycle. Only 3 were on the Dawn with one out of order the entire time and one of the 2 remaining quit working halfway inti cruise. I reported this to staff but neither bicycle was repaired. Disappointed. Again, poor management.
