My first transatlantic Cruise. I enjoyed the cruise from the stateroom, buffet, shows, and dinning experience (especially The Crown Grill). The ship was beautifully decorated. The decor was exceptional. I looked forward to afternoon tea everyday. I arranged excursions to make it back in time for tea. The medallion system worked great. The minute you got close to the door, it unlocked the door. Dining staff gave outstanding service, especially the staff under supervisor Herman. Every morning they remembered our favorite drinks and filled them without a request. My family and I met many interesting people from many different countries. We were disappointed the weather was so cold that we were unable to watch movies under the stars. However, the movies in the theaters and on the TV in our stateroom needed only popcorn and hot chocolate. Embarkation went well, but disembarkation was unpleasant. Waiting in the casino and finding our luggage was not a good experience. We barely made our flight. Although some of the problems was getting through TSA. I wish you offered smaller drink packages. We drink very little wine and occasionally sodas. The packages are too large and too expensive. I tend to order an occasional glass of wine and order soft drinks only on shore.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

The cabin was roomy and extremely clean. The cabin steward did a great job keeping our room clean and filling order for water and ice.
