Overall the experience was positive. The main dining room was good but not great. The Garden Café (buffet) was also good but not great. The Garden Café was open for longer hours than on our last cruise on Royal Caribbean. The condition of the ship was good, some worn carpet in a few areas but very clean. The shore excursions was all good except for last one on the disembarkation day. We took a bus tour of London with drop off at the airport. They said we would be dropped off at terminal 5 but they dropped us off at terminal 3 instead. Heathrow is very large airport and the trains between terminals were not running so it was a major inconvenience. NCL should not work with tour operations that don’t do what they say they will do.

The staff were excellent and clearly work very hard. The on board entertainers were also very good. Some of the guest entertainers were not so great. The comedian was good as was the cruise director. The magician’s show was not very good.
