Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

We chose this cruise as it was starting in Southampton and we were able to drive there. On the 2nd day my phone was stolen whilst on board and staff were not helpful at all even though I was told by one member of staff that they are aware of "long fingered guests" and refused to let me check the camera with them. I felt uneasy throughout the rest of the cruise knowing there was a thief on board. Food was appalling all week and service was slow. There was hardly any entertainment throughout the day and evening. The shuttle bus charges out of the port terminals were ridiculous. Although our cabin was nice, it wasn't regularly stocked up. We didn't meet anyone who was happy with the magnifica. This was our 6th cruise, but first and last with msc. Such a shame as the ship itself was beautiful but that's the only good thing I can say about it.
