We were ready to go back to Roatan. Plus Galveston is only 5 hours away. So booked this cruise. Since our last cruise on this ship during January. It seemed a bit better.

The first thing we noticed was the hallway carpets seemed dirty. This included our cabin. Read the cabin review.

We had dining in the 5th floor MDR. I was immediately taken aback when person after person filed in there like directly from the pool. This may have set the tone for the rest of the week. IMO if you want to eat on the beach, then don't come to a DINING ROOM.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 5D

Cabin had dirty carpet. Most of the ship had dirty carpet. Needs cleaning or just plain replacing. Some material in the bed or room gave us allergic reaction. With me it was first burning eyes. Then later in week sinus problems Had to take zyrtec. Also this area of ship has housekeeping rooms directly across hall. One was linens. The other ice machine and dirty dishes sink. Doors slam all the time, in/out. I reported to guest services on Monday. It still went on all week. Kept "sound machine" on during night in attempt to mask it.

The allergy thing we had on previous cruise in January on this ship. It was not as bad then.
