On the first day Friday a bathroom pipe broke and floated our room it took 45 minutes for the cruise to respond. They changed as to smaller room and were told once we sail I can request to be change to another room. once we sail my husband and i went to the services desk and they told us no more rooms available. put my foot down and a room appear. Saturday was okay On Sunday the last day of the cruise the bathroom clogged and it took the cruise to respond 1 hour and 45 minutes. We could enjoy the last day of the cruise. The worst services ever. Food not a lot of choices. This ship offer open bar. there was drunk people everywhere, a couple was fitting, people running in the hold ways in underwear. I travel a lot in cruises and this is the worst Services we ever had. the carpet thru the hold cruise is this casting. Need renovation.
