We choose this cruise because it was a new ship and the Destination was Australia.

The all over experince was good with most services up to expectation and some exceeding expectation. However there was an unacceptable amount of short coming in PR.

Firstly the embarkation in Shanghai was a disaster. 12.30 was the embarkation time and that appeared to be for every one. There was no stagerred times. Therefore all embarkation passengers were herded into the lines extending into the carpark with no shade and it appears there was only one door open into the embarkation hall. With temperatures of over 30 degrees and humidity of around 90%. from my view the average age of people were over 60.
