The ship was very difficult to navigate, we had dinner on the 6th floor, most elevators do not go to the 6th floor, so we had to go down to deck 7, then take stairs down to 6. This was an issue for my husband who uses a cane. Only 2 elevators went all the way down, but most of the time they went right past us.

The cabin C-238 had problems with the a/c, we had to call 3 times, and they finally got it right. Very disappointed.

The balcony was larger than most, however, I would rather have a smaller balcony and have a love seat sofa to put our luggage on to pack to come home. Our room was only vacuumed 2 times in 11 days and we kept sneezing. The curtains out to the balcony were very dirty at the bottom. In the shower where you pulled the curtain closed there was black mold in the ceiling. My husband is allergic to mold, he was coughing something terrible! The grout in the tiles behind the sink was all pulling away from the wall.
