This was our second cruise with the Reflection, we cruised with this ship Dec 2014. The first cruise with this ship was amazing. This past cruise was the worst cruise I have ever experienced. Our veranda room was filthy, you had to wear sox that turned brown from the carpet. The chairs in the MD were peeling off on your arms. The tours didn't go where they listed they would. We were refunded. My 82 year old mother contacted with the norovirus Friday, the first case was reported on Thursday ,letter went out Saturday. The treatment towards my mother was unacceptable, they could care less about getting her off the ship. She had a wheelchair on but none off she was so weak she couldn't walk. They lost her luggage didn't even get us through the correct line in customs, they walked away.and didn't care that we missed our bus
