We went on this cruise as my husbands 25th Carnival and my 26th. He loves the Miracle so off we went.
We visited Roatan, Belize, Cozumel and Grand Cayman.
We were in cabin 8255. ( Do not book this cabin...every thing in the cabin shakes! )
While we enjoyed the cruise due to friends being on there, We did notice that Carnival has gone down hill in food offering and shows.
Over all we had a good time.
Roatan was touring with Victor Bodden. We saw the monkey farm, the Iguana sanctuary, the Cameo factory and toured the island. We enjoyed this very much.
Belize was cave tubing through Carnival. We really enjoyed it.
Cozumel..we ate at Chalos Restaurant and went to Europea Liquors to pick up some creme tequila. Very good food at Chalos. And found the tequila we were looking for!
Grand Cayman...we went on the Rays, Reef and Rum Point tour with Nativeway. We had a blast.
Overall, We enjoyed the cruise. We had dinner on deck 3. We ate by the window on port side. The entire back of the ship was vibrating...before and after going through the remnants of a Tropical depression.
The band in the Red frog pub was good. The cruise director was fun. We had an amazing wait team for dinner.
Cabin was clean but everything in the cabin vibrated.
We ate at Chalos Restaurant. And went to Europea Liquors.
Embarkation was good. Hubby had a white diamond card, which allowed us to board as diamond.
Good bus ride to the caves. Non latex tubes. Good food at the base. ( lunch was included in ours, but you could do one without lunch.) Punch was free. Beer, mixed drinks were available to purchase. Would recommend this tour!View All undefined undefined Reviews
We took our own excursion with Bodden tours. We had a great time.
Nativeway took us on their Rays, Reef and Rum Point tour. We had a great time with the sting rays, snorkeling over the reef and relaxing at Rum Point. Of note, Rum Point gives change back in Cayman dollars. We had lunch included with our tour and it was very good.
