This was our first time sailing with Norwegian. We are die hard Disney Cruise Line fans and found it very difficult not to compare. Disney Cruise ships are heads above in all categories although there were some pleasant surprises:

Positive comments include:

Cabin OA

Nice bathroom setup. shower, toilet and sink areas were separted by sliding doors.

Housekeeper was excellent (can't remember his name but he went above and beyond to care for us-give him a raise!)

The rest of the cabin was tight. The "upperbunk" was in the way in getting out of bed and I banged my head and shoulder often. The porthole was in an awkward position for viewing. To see anything you had to climb on the bed. The other side of the bed had about 4 inches between the bed and the desk. Desk leg broke. The bed consisted of 2 twin mattresses pushed together. It separated during the night and left an uncomfortable crack/space between both mattresses.
