I chose Princess lines because i have sailed with them before amazing service and cruise to Alaska in 2001 .This time i felt i did not get my moneys worth . I wish i could be compensated for a portion of my trip because there were so many issues ,example the drink packages are a total ripoff particularly with the exchange being CND to US and what types of alcohol is included in the Premiere Package, Not enough live music on the deck or at nightly venues plus the DJ was not seen therefore you could not request songs, The nightly venues closed early as well the Casino. The beverage service on Deck very poor. The cigar lounge was extremely disappointing & very small with extremely poor air filtration. I spoke to some people who smoke & they advised unlike other cruise lines who have a very nice "covered smoking area" this ship did not - it appears that more people smoke than what most think! My Wife & I heard many disappointing things from long time Princess cruisers.
