This was our first cruise on any ship so have nothing to compare it with however if all cruises are like this one we are never doing anything but cruise from now on.

We caught a flight from London into New Orleans and stayed the night before taking a taxi to the cruise port. Everything was well organised however you did have to queue to get on ship for a while but that is to be expected with so many people travelling.

We boarded and was greeted by a warm welcome from all the crew. Went straight to our cabin where are bags were already waiting for us. We had a balcony cabin on deck 6. The cabin was clean and tidy with a king size bed and sofa and plenty of storage. Read more
