We took a trip on Norwegian Sep 18 to Norway, Iceland, and Scotland. We stayed in London for a week before the cruise visiting Southern England (Winchester, Stonehenge, Bath, Oxford, Windsor and Cotswolds). The trip destinations were awesome and the excursions. The WiFi service was bad as with most ships. I suggested they add a WiFi education session and they asked for my advice. I prepared a PowerPoint prevention for them to advise customers on how to get the most from their Ship WiFi. The Internet desk copied my file and they promised to compose something for the future. I hope they do, because it was very confusing to use and set up properly. For instance, if you had to login with Android you had to use Google Chrome, not Google. Cabin and dining was just ok and room attendant excellent. The ship was very clean. Drinks were very expensive. Overall it was just and average cruise line.
