We are definitely not going on HAL cruises again , neither recommending HAl to my friends. This cruise has been a big disappointment to us, and from what I've heard around, to other travelers, as well.

The main reason for us to choose this cruise was its itinerary, but 3 out of the 10 stops were canceled. Sure one cannot fight weather conditions, but I do have my doubts about how necessary was the cancelation of St. John's.

The alternative entertainmet activities offered to us ,in place of visiting St. John's and during the 3 days we were detained on board and in Akureyri , were miserable :A ping pong game, a lecture and a large screen movie ?! Read more
