Picked this cruise for the itinerary but regretted it quickly. The food was terrible, even at the specialty restaurants we paid extra for. Service at several of the restaurants was bad with servers rolling their eyes on several occasions and ignoring us for significant amounts of time. Beds were rock hard and super uncomfortable. Room attendants were great, though and knew us by name. Music in atrium and bars was WAY too loud and couldn't even have a conversation in them. Lay out of the ship was confusing with some areas being extremely difficult to get to because you would have to go to a different floor and get immediate above or below that area to get to it because hallways near it did not go through to that venue. Picked this for the itinerary/ports and those were great, as expected but skip this ship if there are other options!
