We were very excited to book this cruise and had such high exceptions. Our booking including gratuity, unlimited beverage package, internet and specialty dining. Unfortunately, NCL did a fantastic job of making sure the fine print was super fine. Gratuity did not include all of the service staff and we had to scramble for cash for folks we interacted with daily. Specialty dining was 3 restaurants, which was ok however the night before dining at Ocean Blue we got a call that there would be an additional upcharge. The unlimited beverage package did NOT include soda and water that was in your minibar, you had to leave your stateroom and go to a bar for the same exact thing. Not sure why this was a good idea. The internet package was actually for only 250 minutes, not unlimited free internet. The embarkation and debarkation was the BEST I've ever seen and their Luggage Valet needs to be utilized by all cruise ships - it was AMAZING. NCL provided excellent staff and fabulous entertainment however because of all of the surprises, we will not sail on NCL again.

Cabin Review

The Haven 2-bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Clean and plenty of storage. Not much space to move around in, especially in the bedroom. Bed was amazing. The blow dryer was attached under a table, limiting how far you could pull it up to dry your hair.

Didn't go on an excursion but highly recommend Twisted Fish if you are looking for a bite to eat
