My husband and I had a wonderful vacation on the Sun. Our big adventure was going to Havana! We booked an I Love Cuba Photo Tour from the US & it was excellent! I felt like a VIP having our own professional Photographer & tour guide (who spoke perfect English - his degree was in English) & we had a 1956 beautiful hardtop (A/C) Dodge for most of the time & then ended our tour in a 1956 Mercury convertible for an hour. Loved the city and the people.
We enjoyed the beach on their private island, Great Stirrup Caye; really loved the nice beach on Harvest Caye (and there are plenty of palm trees & umbrellas!); and the shopping was fun in Costa Maya. We got off the ship at every port and only had to tender to get to Great Stirrup Caye....all others had docks.
We loved our balcony (room 0211 on Deck 10) & our stewardess was great. The cabin was near elevators & stairs, so you could zip all over the ship easily.

Nice beach. Owned by NCL, so you got drinks & food with ship card.

Enjoyed the nice beach. Plenty of chaises, palm trees, & umbrellas (free).
Costa Maya
Good shopping. Authentic Mayan dancers (on the tall May pole) in the middle of port area.
