1. Being disabled & in a wheelchair, they have you waiting for hours to disembark when we should go 1st for medical reasons. 2. They ran out of luggage tags and we couldn't get our luggage checked. They use to slide the tags under the door along with your bill. 3. The food is terrible and not cooked thoroughly. This was my wife & I 4th cruise and will be our last. The room was very warm and usually the air conditioning would be cold. The Internet was ridiculous & didn't work at all. 4. The Captain's dinner was nasty & it seemed like the cook rushed to make the food. The shrimp looked & tasted as if came out of a box and was like school cafeteria food. Carnival cruise ship is going down the pits!! If you're thinking about leaving from the port of Long Beach or Los Angels, save your money!! The parking lot spaces for disabled is also RIDICULOUS Only 8 handicap spaces available.
Supposed to be handicap & wheelchair accessible but very small. Shower is very small
