My husband and I went on this cruise as a preview for a group event next year. It was an amazing experience! The service level was much better than what we had experienced on another cruise line. I also found this ship to be much cleaner in the public areas. All the crew members on this ship were welcoming and helpful. Their mannerisms were refined, professional and friendly. The quality of the meals in the main dining rooms was very high and the presentation was always appealing. As your beverages were included on this sailing, the servers in the main dining rooms were also able to easily provide suggestions of beverages to compliment our meals. The events scheduled for the poolside locations did not begin early or continue very late to be respectful of guests in their cabins. Our cabin steward was always available for whatever we needed but I never felt that she was hovering or intrusive. Something I truly appreciated was the hand sanitizer use policy. It was great to have crew members prepared with spray bottles of hand sanitizer when you were boarding the ship, at the Garden Café, and the self-use dispensers at the entrances of the main dining room and multiple locations throughout the ship. We are very excited for our sailing in the spring and are looking forward to planning additional cruises with Norwegian!
