One of the top items on my retirement bucket list was a river cruise. This Viking River Cruise did not disappoint! When family members asked us to join them on the Paris-Zurich tour in April, we decided to give this a try. We were absolutely thrilled with the organization of the cruise and the wonderful service from all support staff. There was just enough organized time balanced with time on your own. The meals were outstanding, along with the attentive and friendly wait staff. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the informative sessions on the boat. Our tour director, Bojan, was suberb—able to deftly answer all questions and concerns while keeping us all entertained and happy. Travel arrangments to and from our home airport were smooth. As someone who usually plans all the details of our trips, I was so pleased with how easy it was to travel this way. We are already looking forward to taking another river cruise.
