We were very excited to be sailing on Majestic Princess to Australia and after veiwing videos sent to us by Princess on what we could expect, we had high expectations. What a let down. Embarkation was a nightmare, just over 2 hours of standing in the heat before we boarded. We were lucky, others told us it took 4-5 hours, they did nothing to assist the elderly or people with walkers. One passenger collapsed and was taken away by ambulance!
The ship itself is beautiful, but even though it has many bars, most of them only seat about 20 people, and some of these seats were taken by people reading books or knitting.
There is no nightclub, so most of the dancing is done in the Atrium with limited floor space.
Cabin was clean and had a great tv. The bed was very comfy and our cabin lady Maria was lovely
Our guide was hard to understand and we couldn't hear him a lot of the time. Time at each stop too short.
