The Ship is showing signs off age.. lots of things not working.. lifts either broken or slow. Staff are no where near as friendly as some other ships... In fact some were downright rude.
There was shambles in the freedom dining with guests been handed a buzzer that would alert you when there was a free table.. a 40min wait on one occasion... we were told the buzzer would only work on that deck.... only there was no free seats anywhere on that deck!! rather than spend 40mins standing about in high heels... we went to the buffet instead... and booked the other 2 restaurants for the remaining nights
The shore excursions were well organised...

can't remember no... but we were a family of 3 inside with a shower. One plug. the socket cover kept falling off... the toilet had a ringed stain and made a dreadful noise when flushing..
