Guest relation desk not helpful at all

Room tiny, not suitable for one person

Room can not fit one bag

Restroom very small

Rooms facilities are minimal, no facial tissue box, no fridge

Communication among the staff are not statisfactory

Window stateroom 4520 is a tube and not a window although we paid for a window stateroom

Very noisy room because of the engines

Excursions are not successful eapecially in cienfuegos

Bahamas was an alternate stop, no excursions was published

Excursion disembarkation is awful had to wait 3 hrs to get off in cientfuegos

Night Shows are basic

Check in is quick

Food is nice

Dinner restaurant is nice

Cleaning and hygien is high

Staff/waiters are nice but limited responsibility

Onboard shopping is basic

Entertainment is very basic

Pool is small

3 Jacuzzi are good


Save your money for better cruise or other RC ship
