Dirty and smelly cabin, ship (infinity) well past its use by date, do not go on it.
They are really not bothered when you complain.We have cruised 16 times with various other companies and this is the first time that we have had cause to complain. Celebrity complaints department have still not replied to us.This was a very expensive trip of a life time, cruise Alaska then the Rocky Mountaineer, while Alaska was great coming back to a tired old ship with a shocking concierge level stateroom spoiled the whole trip.The food was mostly bland, in the maim dining room it was ok but never more than that. As with all the cruises we have been on, the crew were very good, it must be hard for them working on a ship that is so bad. This was the last season for Infinity in Alaska, perhaps we should have waited.
Embarkation was terrible due to US Customs.
