What a greedy company. Very poor customer care. Terrible waste of thousands of dollars for a cruise to no where. Never again. We did not get anything we paid for and they simply didnt cate.On the ship:Pool too small. 2 hot tubs broken. Bathrooms smell of sewerage. Amenities have very limited hours of operation, leaving thousands of passengers to pack like sardines, dont forget we were trapped on the boat for 7 days without docking for 3 days in Bermuda as planned. We " paid " for marriott and got the holiday inn instead. This itenerary was changed several days before sailing. Although we purchased insurance, it would still cost us almost 1,000 to cancel....if we did cancel we would only get it as the partial credit. I believe NCL should have provided a credit for the difference since the new itinerary was not acceptable to us and was decided well before the trip sailed. They did zero. They shipped us to port canaveral This is not an agreeable destination. Its a dock; thats it. Then they put us on a low value rock in the water they own called stirrup cay. It doesnt even have a port....this is not a destination of comparable value. The rocky thing they call a beach had aPurple flag (so theres sharks in the water?!!)massive algae slimey rocks in the swimming areA and murky water with seaweed floating. Gross....lets not forget DANGEROUS , this is not a destination that we paid thousands of dollars for..... then they cancelled the last stop, which was the only stop that was an actual destination and put us out to sea for the remainder ocnn the trip. Horrible to be on a ship to no where. They squandered our money. They simply said "they dont control the weather". That is condescending..no one is suggesting that they do! But they do control EVERYTHING else. We paid a substantial amount of money, the trip was changed BEFORE sailing, we received a substantially inferior trip, (the trip we got was a much cheaper one)...they should have given the option to rechedule. Instead they took our money because" legally" they can. BTW, the forcast had before we sailed and Bermuda weather was perfect. Perfect the entire time we were supposed to be there.

Theres whats legal, and then theres whats right.

The view was fine. This was literally all there was to do after being trapped on the boat so long. It was punishment
