Always wanted to see Alaska. Did a land tour first and got to see Denali (McKinley) 3 times in full sun. Put us in the 1% of visitors that did. Ship needs a full refinish for leaks, linens that were close to threadbare, deck flooring, buffet room and so on. The cabin staff was ok. Couldn’t get hot water in shower and when we asked our cabin steward about it he said he would check it out but he never got back to us. Had to go to Customef Service desk for help and it was a very quick fix. Our travel agent gave us a free dinner in “Bayou” restaurant and we weren’t Hppy with service. Waiter hard to understand and was rude when we had to ask for better help. I was very disappointed as it was the 2nd time sailing this ship. I’ve loved cruising but not sure we’ll sale Princess again.
