Wanted to leave from Boston or NY on NCL in Haven suite. Our experience was over the top. The Haven dining was excellent -- both the food and the service. Room service (Butler and cabin steward) were both EXCELLENT! Will definitely cruise NCL Haven Suites in future. It is definitely worth the money. You would never have to leave The Haven if you didn't want to. The Concierge, Lyster, and his assistant were excellent. They took care of our specialty dining and entertainment reservations. I would like to see a covered/protected smoking area in The Haven to allow for inclement weather. The ship's Cigar Bar on the 8th deck is way too small for the amount of people that use it. All in all it was a fabulous experience and we are recommending it to friends. Just an FYI we never got off the ship!! Our choice. Enjoyed the amenities of the ship when it was quiet! Also good values at the SPA on port days we took advantage of.
