chose this cruise for price & quick getaway being local. Food was not bad for cruise food. While the buffett was closed due to the low passenger rate they wouldn't even give us the courtesy of a cookie. We basically had the ship to ourselves being only 200 passengers on this cruise. Room was very clean & ship was being cleaned every minute 24/7. We did get the massage specials since we chose to not debark in Bahamas. $68 special was well worth the experience. Only complaint was we were inconvenienced first night due to no air conditioning. While our steward called maintenance 3 times no one showed up. Going to the desk to change rooms we wasted more time for this missing the shows for first night. Belen at customer service was not the least bit interested to compensate us with an room upgrade (which would have been good business since there were only 200 passengers & 450 rooms) or at least a drink coupon for our trouble. This left a bad taste considering …… The shows were actually very good for a 2 night cruise & very sorry for the performers that there were so few people aboard to enjoy them. I would definitely take this cruise again due to being a local & looking for a get out of town to relax.
