This was our second cruise on the Spirit and we enjoyed ourselves just as much as the first. Excellent staff and delicious food in main dining rooms, we only had to wait to be seated once on our 10-day cruise. Didn’t bother paying extra for specialty restaurants since we were pleased with the menus offered in the main dining rooms. Love the “freestyle”, come anytime/sit anywhere dining feature.

Our mid-ship balcony room was comfortable, albeit small. You just have to be organized and stay on top of the clutter. Some parts of the room/ship are showing a bit of wear, but didn’t affect our enjoyment.

We aren’t very active when it come to poolside activities or interactive shows. We just like to relax until the next port.

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Our mid-ship balcony room was comfortable, albeit small. You just have to be organized and stay on top of the clutter. Some parts of the room/ship are showing a bit of wear, but didn’t affect our enjoyment. Our sailing friends next door had a desk that looked like it was ready to fall apart.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

We stayed at a seaside resort near Civitavecchia prior to boarding. Very nice area.
