I've been on many different cruises, I am a platinum cruiser on carnival, and this was by far the best crew of any I have experienced, they all seem to get along very well and everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout the cruise. It really does make a big difference. Sure the sunshine isn't shiny and new anymore but it still has a ton of nice features and many improvements have been made since the last time I cruised with carnival almost 2 years ago.

A list of a few improvements below.

1. Embarkation (Check in faster) cards now in rm, also apt times help.

Cabin 8A

As the sunshine is a remodeled older ship, they can't do much about the structure so the room felt a little bit small but it had what we needed. The beds were comfortable maybe a little hard for my taste but that's just personal preference, I still slept well. The Room had a refrigerator, and a safe and the balcony was a little small, but enough room for us to sit out there and relax and take in the beautiful views and fresh sea air.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

We weren't as active at this port, we just went to Jimmy Buffett area and enjoyed a few drinks and some free Wi-Fi before buying a few souvenirs and heading back to the ship.
